Hello to all
These two apartments were created in an abandoned merchant navy building.
2 couples of artists bought and restored it, so that each one has its own studio, painting for one and music for the other.

An apartment is located on the 1st floor of the buildings (formerly the offices). The walls of the ground floor were demolished to leave only the exposed metal beams. A swimming pool was built as well as a small space for lunch and enjoy the clean and iodized air from the ocean.
the second apartment uses the old warehouses and has 2 levels.

The 1st apartment consists of a large living room very "quitch" giving on an open kitchen and a dining area. A small corridor dessert:
- 1 child’s room
- 1 master bedroom
- 1 bathroom
- the painters' workshop.

A small terrace is accessible from the painters' workshop.

The second apartment includes on the ground floor:
- 1 large living room
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen and dining area
- 1 master bedroom with private bathroom

on the 1st floor:
- 1 nursery with private bathroom
- the music workshop;
- access to a small terrace.

All the exterior walls of the old building were preserved as well as the 2 portals.
