Default WCIF This Lot?
Hello, I was recently rewatching a let's play of TS2 by The Jessa Channel and I found this lot

Jessa does not know who made it anymore and considering the video I had found it from is five years old, I don't think she does now. So please someone help me find this lot, I'd really appreciate it!
