Hello. :) I have a question about a permanent hired nanny mod.

Hello everybody.

Hum, I checked all the sections of the community of this site and I really hope this post is at his right place.
I also checked the internet, but I don't find anything about my request/question.

Here's my question(s) : Is there an existing mod that would enable to hire a nanny who would stay 24/7 (=permanently

)

Secondary question : I tried including the one I hired in my family to upgrade his parenting/tolder skill to 10 (because once, I hired one then went on a date with my wife, but when I came back I found him playing bowling while my baby was starving and smelling bad), then removed him from the family, but he lost his "nanny" trait and I never saw him again.
I tried again with another one, same problem.

Maybe somebody has the same question(s)/wish(es) than mine(s)?
