To give my honest opinion, I'm not sure what I think. I watched it first with sounds off, and all I saw was a sim turning around, a second sim either yelling at someone or just talking, and a third sim shrugging, with no apparent connection between them. Watching it with sounds didn't help much, as the music felt out of place (maybe it fits better in some kind of thriller). It's also a little too short to tell anything of what the series is about. You don't say if it's supposed to be a voiceover or a subtitle-based series, or even what the main theme is. That's usually the point of a trailer/teaser - to give the viewer some hints of what's going to happen, perhaps in the form of a short plot summary (think the 2-3 liners you often get in a deep "movie voice", or some dialogue, or maybe a scene that connects the sims).

A good teaser or trailer sets a scene and introduces some of the main characters, along with giving the viewer some anticipation of what is to come, maybe even with some surprises and a bit of suspense. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yhQUJPuUhU (it's about the shortest example I found of getting the setting, the characters, anticipation, surprises and suspense, all in one). I tried to find a sims trailer too, but a lot of them are long (they really don't have to be long - short and to the point is often better). This one, maybe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9Rd2cavEjc (sims-series don't need to look so professional, but it's got the plot and suspense and all that, which was the point).

The sims look good, but without any interaction and without putting them in a scene that makes sense, it's a bit difficult to get a sense of who they're supposed to be, what their goals might be, and what their relationship is.

This is just meant to be little bit of constructive criticism for future movie/series-making, and I wish you good luck with the series
