I'm perfectly fine with pets being shooed out of the bathroom because the only thing they're going to be doing in there is causing a traffic jam.

A hack to pick who of all the sims a dying sim knows will inherit their business and vacation lots. Since apparently I can't have him gift it to his son at college. (At least he left it to his wife--hopefully she leaves it to the right son, since he'll be living with her before she dies.)

Just a PSA for real life cat servants:
Wood pellets (pine, not hardwood), the kind for pellet stoves, are the best cat litter we have ever used. No smell at all (even with 3 cats) and no dust to give you allergies. A big bag is about $5 at the building supplies stores or Tractor Supplies, so it is far cheaper as well.

We use the clumping stuff. She doesn't like anything else. I'm pretty sure that's what simcats use too, or at least it looks like it. XD

The best cat litter I have ever found IRL is coconut. You get it from catspotlitter.com, they ship it to you once a month and one bag will do one litter box for a whole month! It's also super light. All you have to do is stir it around and scoop out the poops daily and you only have to change it every 15 days and it doesn't smell.

Litter boxes for my sim cats are in the living room, or in a designated cat stuff room. There's just not enough room in the bathroom, and as mentioned earlier, pets in the bathroom cause traffic jams.

Bottoming out a Sim's aspiration and causing the therapist to appear to have a very small chance (1-2%, maybe) of randomly changing their aspiration.

There are several-if you have TwoJeff's Visitor controller, you can ban him from the lot. The other one is to ban all papers altogether:

Speaking of newspaper, TS3-feature conversion to cancel delivery system on the phone? That is what I would like to see.

A hack that I would like to see that allows to set a specific door as a front door.

Pescado's frontdoorhack may help. The readme doesn't give many details as to how it works other than to say that it disallows garage doors. Give it a try and let us know if it fixes your problem.

The Visitor Controller by twojeffs allows you to ban the newspaper people from a lot.

Y'know, I've seen a lot of people using burns, bruises, bandages, and so on, to better simulate injuries; but I've never seen a sim child with a skinned knee, surely the most common and iconic injury on the roster.
Ugly is in the heart of the beholder.

Don't think Id want to ban delivery, but the Pescado hack RoxEllen1965 suggested sounds promising. I agree with sneaky wing phoenix:setting a specific door would be ideal.

Well, less of a chance. I find it a bit odd that 7-year-olds are skipping school to hang out at a bar. I guess I'd better bring out the visitor controller.

Is there anything like a "roof fix" that prevents snow (and other elements) from appearing in rooms that only have roof over them and not additional flooring/ceiling tiles? (hope this makes sense)
