I downloaded this yesterday, and I knew right away it had "featured" written all over it. It is gorgeous in-game, truly a work of art. Thank you so much for this, it is just amazing. It runs a bit slow in my game, but most larger and complex lots do, so it is entirely the fault of my machine.

Fantastically done, I will keep my eye out for more from you.

OMG I LOVE THIS but the only thing that sucks is that My OFB doesnt work NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO oh well when i get it fixed Im soo gunna get this is FAB!

Wow, thank you all so much! :D

Just to let you know, I'm currently working on a smaller version right now (only two businesses) using the same style and theme. I am hoping it will be practical and small enough to use as a business for our little Simmies. It's in process now, and then on to play testing but it will definately be my next lot out of the gate. Please watch for it, if interested. :D

I put this in my neighborhood this afternoon. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. ... ran pretty slow. I assume that is because of the beautifully mirrored canal plus the fact it is such a big lot, (plus a not-so-state-of-the-art computer).

Stone took Starr there for their first date. Silly Stone -- he did not call ahead for reservations. Everyone was initially clustered around the dining podium and they could not get a seat. Luckily, neither were that hungry yet, and after a few smooches and a bit of checking out the scenery, they were able to be seated. The evening progressed on to a dream date. I'm sure Starr will want to go back.

Ferret, I don't see why it couldn't be switched to residential, although when I tried to do that to a clone of the lot for testing purposes, my Sim disappeared. I had to go evict her from the neighborhood view to get her back. I had switched lot types in the past without any problems. I don't know if it is a new Maxis bug affecting everybody, or just a temporary bug that only I'm getting. You sure could try it though. Good luck!
