This is so beautiful, can you tell me where i can go to get a tutorial to make the patio like yours overlap the water.

As you have read in the text this is not a real water but terrain pain.
So you can put it under the patio area or wherever you want!
But if you're asking for swimable lake tutorial there's one here.
