When I had just decided to hold off on anymore downloads, you create this and make me go back on my word to myself. This is an amazing lot, credible and realistic. Removing my fave beach house for this. Thank you for sharing this.

Yep...now it works. But earlier I got another nice sofa that nearly matches...so it's nice either way. Two nice sofas, and one beautiful pier, all in one day...

I downloaded this a few days ago and finally after getting my new town set up ran it. Its a great looking place but I found a problem with the showers. Something in the small shower rooms is blocking the sims from actually using them - they keep getting the failed route bubble. I am editing the lot but due to a crash when saving lost the whole town so having to rebuild but from what I can see the light you have in the shower rooms is perhaps the culprit though as I said I have not been able to test that yet as I am rebuilding the town from scratch.

Glacier, you're probably right. I bet it is the light. Hopefully people will realize, and just delete/move it. Thanks for letting me know

Hi, I'd love to use your lot, and I probably still could without it, but the link for the roof has been deleted. I'll just use another roof I guess, it's fine. Thanks for the lot!
