Fantastic! I know a few of these fences have been unlocked before but that was prior to fences being recolourable so there were a lot of duplicates. This is a wonderful replacement.

My guess is by accident and due to sloppiness. This is EA. "Wonderful concepts, poor execution" ought to be their motto.

Thanks much for unlocking this! If I played TS3, I would so grab it. CC makers and modders make these games ever so much more enjoyable.

Thank you so much! I love this stairway and finding a matching fence isn't easy; the one in the catalog is ugly. Someone unlocked this one a few years ago, but that was before the days of recoloring.
