Wow, this is extremely gorgeous. I would love to play this as a hotel in my sims world. Is there a way to place this and then classify it as a community lot?

Awesome job here, and very beautifully decorated. LOve love love that bowling room.

All EP and SP's used? Nice to know which ones and would be really helpful if you included it in the description. This is easily one of the most beautiful sims house builds that I have ever seen. I was looking at each picture just floored. I wish I had such talent to build. o.o

In the files tab, it states exactly which EPs/SPs were used.

one of the best mansions i ever seen, but its too big for my liking
if you could build a similar lot but in 50x50 or smaller that would be very nice
