I am not sure why, but I can't seem to download. I have tried twice and it tells me Network Error each time. I can try a third time. I just downloaded something else from MTS and didn't have any issues.

I wonder if you can include a beach or some sort of ... dive lots or lots based on water? I know this is supposed to be a closed off city, but I thought maybe some lots exclusively allowing sims to venture out to the polluted world like "Into The Future" where sims can either stay in the utopia of technology or venture beyond the walls to hostile environment.

This reminds me of Water World. Good job!
