Megan Grace Tyler's Birthday!



Over at Birch's place . . .



Birch received a telephone call from Regan . . .

"Hey Pretty Lady, how's everything with you?"



"Well, I have a little problem. Megan Grace will be having a birthday in a few days. Her father has been having her parties at his place, but his year I want to have it. The problem is my place is too small."



"Have it here at my place. I got plenty of room."



"That would be perfect. Thank you Birch. You're an angel!"



"Yeah, I know."



Regan arrived with Megan Grace the day of the party.



When it was time, Megan Grace came to her birthday cake.



She made a wish and blew out the candles.



Guests Birch, Jason, Claudia . . .



Hannah, Brendal or Kendal . . .



And David blew the horns and clapped the clapppers.



Megan Grace cheered.





Then she started growing up.



She grew up into a beautiful adult.





Megan Grace got a birthday hug from her mom and one from her dad Rhys Sawyer.



David told her she was beautiful . . .



And gave her a romantic kiss.
