The next Riverview lot for my build project, we have a cluttered little consignment shop. Basing Riverview off of the area of Kansas I live in, this lot is based on an antique store on the highway a little ways from where I live. And it is way more cluttered, inside and out, in real life than I was able to convey in this build. But trying to give it that cluttered, eclectic appearance was a lot of fun! I have it placed at 200 Ely Road, catty corner from the Crosby household, but it can be placed on any 40x30 lot.
The interior contains a unisex restroom and the shop with the register, a drafting table, and various decor items that give the appearance of merchandise. The exterior contains the parking lot and porch, both with some more "merch" strewn about.
No custom content or store content is used in this build.
I don't know about you, but I think the way that community lots from certain expansion packs get added to worlds is pretty annoying. They're often placed on lots far too big, may end up facing away from the street, and they usually don't match the architecture of the rest of the town. So I've decided to build community lots designed to match the rest of the world it's based in. No more Port-a-Party Warehouse sticking out like a sore thumb in the clearly rural Appaloosa Plains. And these lots will only use EP or store content that the lot type and the world are from.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
