Villa Sereno was built in Bigger Builder's Island and playtested in Sunset Valley.

This is a package file lot- Place in your library folder.



This is a 7Br, 7 full Ba, 4-1/2 Ba italianate style mansion. Features of this estate include: a formal dining room,laundry room, exercise room, theater, wine cellar,nursery, 2 car garage, and indoor/outdoor pools.


Note -CFE and move objects cheats were used in this creation. I included a few reference pictures of the house I based the exterior of this creation on. You may notice the tower windows of the reference picture look closer to the shape of the "were-window" from base game, but the arches are not recolorable with those so I used a different window.
