Yes, another superhero creation from the folks at NCI. However, this was a project that was sitting on the back burner for quite some time. It's a project that started and stopped. The big issue being how to make the face shine like ice. So I found a cheaty-type of solution. It involves creating the face you want, then extracting the GMDC of the face from the Sim, replacing the GMDC of the accessory, renaming the "face" as "frame", then adding a dummy "lens" mesh in the GMDC of the in the accessories file, then going in game and adjusting the face to be smaller than the animated face mask. Quite a complicated process. You'll just have to see this experience with the Sim in your game! Still has moments of overlapping from the neck portion bleeding through the animated fask mask, but nothing I can do at this time.

This is an improved adult male body mesh based off marvine and beoboxboy's popular bodybuilder mesh. The body mesh is customized for each clothing combination. This download, provided to you by the folks at NCI, contains the following:

The neck area fits & blends with the Maxis neckline. The mesh is smooth all around. Has detailed feet & hands. The edges of this uniform has crisp definition. The resolution of the uniform's texture acceptably sharp. Texture details better than usual Maxis clothing.

No Fit and Fat morphs for this body mesh. Only one morph for all three states was made.
There are 4 different clothing combinations you can download from. Each of them are selectively available in the following sections of the clothing catalog. You must DOWNLOAD THE TEXTURE file that's required for this download to work.

WARNING / BIG CAVEAT: This Sim is experimental, in regards to the face's ice mask. Unfortunately, the ice mask that animates was made to fit only this specific version of the Sim. If you wish to adjust the face to make it the way you want, the ice mask will not conform to it.

Enjoy having this Sim walk around your neighborhood. This is "Version #2" because this is the 2nd attempt at making the uniform. This is likely the last revision because I don't believe I'd want to go back and explore more about the inner workings of the game's coding to make improvements to this Sim.
