Maybe in fifteen/twenty years, when we modders are using wild sci-fi ai tools, we'll hack in a ray-traced lighting engine so we can have our beautiful modern naturally lit architecture.

First thing I would do is demolish so-called patio enterace cause it isnot exist in original building and ruins whole house cube shape. 3rd floor could be organised as patio with full height walls. Well. No need to say any other. I see this house in veery different angle. When made by me, it will be another building.

No. I just found that 3rd floor is the only difference between original and yours. Rooftop of original also has... a shed. My house would look almost the same, but without two bedrooms. It's boring.
As for Borgs. Sure. Take my eye. I will glad to be assimilated.

WOW! Just got done getting this beauty downloaded and occupied. Believe is or not after what..25 Sims 2 years I'm pretty sure this is the first lot I ever downloaded!

The home is absolutely gorgeous..furnishings, colors, landscape, building...everything just blends together like a masterpiece.

The young couple that just moved into it are THRILLED!

Definitely will be downloading more of these amazing homes (especially since I don't like building!)

No, not a preference per se in regards to era, but more as to what style fits best for a particular area, and/or the occupants.

This went in an upscale area of one of my towns, and a young professional couple just starting a family.
