Here is another house I built, which only uses one piece of custom content, which is a ladder (stairs) to get to the attic/loft. The house has three levels: a basement, the first floor, and the attic/loft. There is a bedroom on each level, and a bathroom on the first floor, and one in the basement. The poor Sim living upstairs will have to scurry their way down the ladder, if they need to wake up and use the bathroom. The house is fairly basic, and fully furnished, but there is room to add additional items to some areas. I have the complete collection, so you will most likely need that in order for this to work in your game.
