This library is based on an actual building in Melbourne, Library at the Dock. Ideally it would be placed overlooking the sea, as you get views from throughout the library.

The layout is as accurate as I could get it considering the constraints of space, available build and buy items, and memory (I used to work there). There are just seven items of cc.

This lot should be on a corner (as one of the pictures shows), but I didn't build it there because the terrain wasn't completely flat.

Within the library there is a cafe, activities room, children's library, art gallery, study space, makerspace, and theatre. It also includes a baby change table but you must have the mod that allows toddlers on community lots. You may also want the mod that allows skilling on community lots.
