Default Spicy Roll
Tuna, wasabi sauce, and rice...all rolled up in a seaweed wrap. This recipe probably best explains this love story. However, if you're still confused, you can always see it for yourself too.

What? I can't believe nobody's commented on this yet~ I just read this before falling asleep and I really think it's a great start. The styling of the speech bubbles and wording is wonderfully funky, and the detail and the shots are really cool! So far the characters are really good as well, thanks for the upload, it was such a pleasure to read!

Thanks so much you guys. You're all so incredibly kind!

Still, I wouldn't give up your story kaylarox, I think it's great, and I'd be really disappointed if you did.

I'm impressed. The quality of your screenshots/images is superb, which is of the utmost importance with a graphic novel like this. And the story overall has a very professional feel to it.

One little bit of constructive criticism I can offer, though, is that you can make it a little more obvious who the speech bubbles are attached to. For the first few panels, I had a hard time figuring out which character was saying what lines.

This story is fantastic! I love it - especially the way you cut away to other stuff in the scenes like the bird. So artistic and cool and gives the whole thing a great feel. I'll be watching this one! :D

I love the detail in the scenes, it makes it look so much more real, and really original too. And you've got some beautiful shots and angles!

Thanks so much you guys! I'm really overwhelmed by all your comments!

kaylarox: You're welcome! ^ ^

surfer85: Sorry to hear this. The reason why I try not to use arrow bubbles too much is because my main influence for this story is Japanese Manga, and Korean Manhwa, which probably seems obvious already. So I try my hardest to distinct the differences in the each character's way of speech to make it more easily evident to the reader who is speaking. Thing is, I'm also a big fan of newspaper funnies, which probably explains the horizontal paneling, as opposed to traditional vertical paneling, so it really cuts down on size, and room to position the bubbles properly.

Still, I'll try to use them more in the future, if they help.
