Welcome to Elm Street 1593

This beautiful and spacious home has everything you will need for your sims

Inside you will find a diningroom, a study and a large kitchen/familyroom with a fireplace. The master suite has a large bathroom with both shower and jacuzzi and from there you can enter the big walk in closet of your dreams.

There is also a second bedroom for your teenage girl/boy/them/they where they can hide away from pesty parents

There are also one small WC and a second bathroom just outside the second bedroom.

Please note that the garage and the second floor are just for decoration

There is a lush beautiful garden both at the front and back. On the front porch there is a small seating area where you can have a nice breakfast and in the back there is a large patio with a BBQ corner and plenty of seating. The pool is large and you can have many lazy days just soaking up the sun here
