The hair would need to be converted to sims 3 first.

"hair is peggy not included"
Means the hair is either found at the Booty (if it was a pay hair) or at Simscave in the Peggyzone download section. If it's not there, possibly lost to the void of dead sites. It does look like the older style of peggy hairs, so possibly pre-2007. Unless someone knows exactly which one it is, I suggest you do some looking around on those two sites. There's a lot of hairs...

Also, why are you posting in the Sims Medieval section (which has nothing to do with TS2) when you're clearly asking a TS2-related WCIF question? Just wondering...
