Sims 4 Horror Hotel Challenge
DISCLAIMER: I got this idea when I was reading the "normal" Hotel Challenge, so it is not entirely my idea.

You have always wanted to be rich like your parents. You are rich at the moment, but only because you still live with your parents. Kind of embarrassing right? Since you've just turned into a young adult, your parents give you a week to find the love of your life. Whether you've found that person or not, you need to move out. Once you've found the love of your life you have to move to an empty lot. This should be a big lot since this is the place where your hotel will be. Goal: own a lot worth 500.000, and have 750.000 simoleons in reserve.

How to play:

1. Create a YA in CAS and his/her parents. They should look rich and have traits like "snob" or "materialistic" (this is not a requirement, but it adds to the story). Put them in a nice house, money cheats are allowed to make them rich. It is advised to give your sim the Mansion Baron aspiration or Fabulously wealthy aspiration, since you want to be earning a lot of money.
2. Marry with the person of your dreams within a week (have dates in this week). If you accomplish this, you will get 25.000 simoleons from your parents. If you don't, you still have to move out of your parents house. They will give you 10.000 to start of (this is excluding the lot. So you can chose a lot and then money cheat 10.000 simoleons.)
3. Now you built your hotel. You can use the funds you got from your parents and the funds of your partner. Have a separate space where you and your partner live. This can be a separate building or a separate level in your hotel. You can have one maid in your hotel. He/she should have a separate space too.
4. Invite your guests by going to the park or people passing by and make friends with them. If you have the option to ask them to move in, move them in. If they're the only person in the household, you'll get their funds. If they're not the only people, you have to cheat in 20.000 simoleons. No more. (You can have the whole family to move into your hotel but there have to be enough beds in the hotel room and you have to be friends with all members of that family)
5. Assign them to a room. Have a social event at the night of your new guests have arrived. Lock the door of their hotel room once the social event is over. Let them die, or kill them off. Whatever you like. It would add to the story to kill them. If you decide to kill them off (so not letting them die in a room and have them starve or something) the guests are allowed to leave the room. You can't kill the guests unless they've attended a social event!
6. Repeat this process and upgrade your hotel. When you have a lot worth 500.000, you'll need 750.000 simoleons in reserve.
7. If you did this, you're done! Congratulations! It's up to you what you're doing next.

What you'll need for your hotel:
1. A living space for your family and a living space for your maid. Your living space needs a kitchen, a livingroom, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The maid only needs a bedroom. Make sure your guests can't go into your room.
2. At least 4 hotel rooms for your guests. A hotel room requires a bed, a tv, a dresser and an mirror. A toilet is discouraged because they'll feel more uncomfortable and that will make it easier to kill them. Remember, the more rooms you have in your hotel, the more people you can kill off at the same time.

How to make your challenge more difficult:
1. It's more fun if your life partner isn't really rich. That would defeat the whole purpose of the challenge.
2. Your hotel will be gross at the beginning, so it's realistic your clients won't be upper-class people. As you upgrade your hotel more rich people can stay at your hotel.
