I had anorexia for 12 years & still suffer mentally... I find this insulting, & you're right, you shouldn't have asked.

The problem with this request...is that anorexia looks different for different people. I met an 80 lb anorexic once in a hospital ward....the body was thin, but the arms and legs....were skeletal with most of the veins showing. She was literally killing herself by not eating. The torso you could not tell that the ribs were showing even from the type of clothes worn. Anorexia is a horrible, sad disease. Many of the models on Fashion Week runways look almost anorexic to me, except their arms and legs don't show the veins and aren't quite as skeletal.
I hope that your request is because you were planning to do a Sim story on anorexia or bulemia?

Gosh, can you people be more sensitive? The odds are the OP is asking for the cc for a story purpose. Not every sim story is just rainbows and sunshine. And people shouldn't be afraid to ask things for story making, so stop shaming them when you have no clue what's the reason behind the question.
There's no cc that's literally meant for anorexia, but you can be creative with blushes and different skins such as:
Blushes and face contours:

Layering eyebags: https://www.thesimsresource.com/art...n15/id/1375705/

Try the skinny body presets: https://obscurus-sims.tumblr.com/po...weird-with-some
And sliders that let you go beyond the default values: http://modthesims.info/d/604444
Lana cc finds halloween/horror tag might have some bruises and veins and other things for skins that might work well: http://sssvitlans.tumblr.com/tagged/s4halloween
and of course don't forget to check out the skin detail tag: http://sssvitlans.tumblr.com/tagged/s4skindetail

There were anorexia and bulimia traits out there but they haven't worked since some of the recent patches

I totally agree. I suffered with this myself back in my teens but I would have no problem with someone highlighting this horrible illness in the Sims or anything else. I honestly think people these days are offended about everything. Life is not all rainbows and fairies. My life has been pretty d__n hard but it just makes me stronger!

Sorry to hear of your struggle starlightshadowdancer, and glad to hear you're getting stronger!
Indeed story creators shouldn't be afraid to write about any subject. If done well, even a sim story can spread some awareness of what struggles different illnesses bring, instead of brushing every 'dark' subject under the rug.
