WCIF Sim Game Selector for The Sims 2?
sim game selector is a program for the sims 3 that selects expansion packs to enable and disable
i'm looking for such a thing for the sims 2 instead

I use AnyGameStarter, there is also a version for disc installs if you don't have the Ultimate Collection here
