I guess since this one (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=381788) requires a cash register it's not quite what you're looking for?

i already have it its for community lots i want one for my house to make videos with

Does anyone live in the house yet? If not, the easiest way to get your newspaper dispenser on a residential lot is to temporarily change the lot zoning from residential to community. In the cheat window, type "changelotzoning community" (without the quotes). Then, place your dispenser. Then change the lot back to residential with the same cheat, only type "residential" instead of "community." Don't do this if there are Sims living on the lot, though.

If there are Sims living on the lot and you don't want to move them out in order to change the zoning, it's easy to make community objects appear in residential catalogs (and vice versa), if you can run SimPE. There's a tutorial here: http://modthesims.info/t/95838

yup i found one along time a go for house but i had to restart my computer
